Rafting

As we do run high demand Rafting Trips, spaces are limited on our rafting adventures. We will always make every effort to accommodate you but cannot guarantee you a seat without a reservation. We strongly suggest that you make reservations for your party as far in advance as possible.

Reservation Policy: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. You can pay the rest when you arrive to the office, before your trip starts.

“Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the departure of the trip will receive a full refund, minus a $8,9% of the Payment per person processing fee and if you book with credit card an extra $7.9% will be charged. Reservations canceled within 13 days of the trip departure will not receive a refund. It is your responsibility to be at your trip’s scheduled check-in time and departure. There are no exceptions to this policy so please remember to account for weather conditions, traffic, construction, etc.

*If you show up late, you miss your trip, you have cancelled without notification. If space permits we may be able to assess a trip change fee and put you on a later trip: however, this is situational and cannot be guaranteed as an option, therefore it is in your best interest to be on time for your trips check in and departure.”

We reserve the right to alter your scheduled trip without notice or allowance for refund. Trip Changes may occur because of Weather conditions. Our Staff will do their best to transfer the trip to another river but because nature is unpredictable we do not guarantee the trip.

Rafting is considered an extreme activity, requiring physical exertion by its participants and an ability to follow the directions of a qualified river guide. While considering rafting as an activity, be realistic about the abilities and limitations of the people in your party. People with medical conditions, physical impairments, or who are seriously overweight should consult a physician before going rafting.

For safety reasons, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime who poses a potential risk on the river, who is suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or who is deemed unfit to raft. We also reserve the right to alter your trip without an allowance of refund.

Rafting is an activity with inherent and unavoidable risks, and we do not guarantee the safety of any person we take down the river. All participants are required to sign an assumption of risk/release of liability waiver. If you choose to come rafting, let it be known that you are doing so at your own risk.

Minors under the age of 18 must sign their own waiver in addition to having it signed by a parent or legal guardian. Children must be at least 4 years old and 50 lbs to ride downany of our class II Trips, and must be accompanied by a competent adult at the overlook. Children must be at least 7 years old and 100 lbs to raft through Class III.Children must be at least 14 years old and 120 lbs to raft through the Jondachi-Hollin rivers Class IV. We reserve the right to cancel your river trip without allowance of a refund if you violate or attempt to violate the minimum age and weight requirements. If the leader considers that one or several people can not make the trip even if they meet the basic requirements (Essential Eligibility Criteria), their word is final and the trip will be modified to guarantee the safety of our passengers.
