Climate and Environment Overview

Climate and Environment Overview for Archidona, Napo, Ecuador

The climate in Archidona, located in the Amazon rainforest region of Ecuador, is typically tropical, characterized by high humidity and warm temperatures year-round.

Here are some key points about the climate:

– Temperature: Average daily temperatures range from 70°F to 90°F (21°C to 32°C). Nights can be cooler but rarely drop below 60°F (15°C).

– Humidity: The region experiences high humidity, often exceeding 80%, which can make the heat feel more intense.

– Rainfall: Ecuador’s wet season typically runs from **December to May**, with the heaviest rainfall occurring in March and April.
